My name is Heather Perley. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Jacksonville State University in 2007. I earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Alabama in 2020. I have worked as a licensed social worker in the area of child welfare with the Alabama Department of Human Resources since 2008.

During my time with the agency, I have had the opportunity to serve children in many different capacities. I look forward to serving as the District 3 representative for the Alabama State Board of Social Work Examiners.
